Let me ask a dumb question, Your driving a Ford right? Then way do most of the people on this forum knock FORD any time something goes a little wrong with theyre ride. I just dont get it. You mod the hell out of it and expect everything to work as though it were stock.?????????????????

Actually, this all came about from the Clintonadministration after the problems back in the 90's with the Ford Explorer rollovers due toblowouts which resultedfrom under-inflated tires. This could save a few lives, but it is always a question of benefit versus cost. The normal reaction would be to do anything to save a life, but at what cost? Suppose you spend 10 billion on a safety item and it saves one or two lives. Is it worth it or could the money have been better spent elsewhere, such as on new and improved roads or mass transit? The great thing about regulations is, they almost never get repealed. Once a politician gets some sort of control over you and your life, they seldom let go.
