if you buy different size tires in the back, just remember you cant rotate your tires and will be buying new tires quite often. if this doesnt bother you, the wider wheel in the back looks really mean.
i'd go with 265 in front and a 295 or 300 in the back

If you keep them at proper inflation and dont roast them at every stop light they will wear just fine.... I actually like this way better because you buy them in sets of 2 instead of having to dish out $1000-1500 all at once for tires.

I'm running Toyo Proxes 255/40/20's front and 275/40/20 rears (20X8.5 and 20X10)...next time around I'm going with 295's in the rear...theres plenty of room. My car is lowered with the Eibach pro kit and no rubbing at all...

I wouldn't tell you that it didn't rub, if it was rubbing! No mods, No rub. Its definitely close but the springs are stiff in the front and it has close to 1K miles on the tiresnow with no issues. Here's a close pic front and rear, if your car is not lowered then you for sure won't have any issues.I spent a few hours in the tire shop looking at different widths and sidewall sizes...it can be confusing because the same 40 series tirein a245 willbe a little shorter in sidewall height. If you go with a 295/40 in the rear, the sidewall is going to be taller than these. The other issue is finding a matched set of tires in the sizes you want...have your tire guy mount them up for you, if you don't like them try something else. good luck.
