It's not settled yet, but the guy who is suing apparently did not go through the proper procedures to get his injunction, something about actually sitting down with Ford reps, which he didn't do (and he's supposed to be a patent lawyer, hmmm). As of last week, Ford was producing IUP's at 100% and GT production was up significantly as well. It seems that most people who have been waiting for more than a couple of months are still waiting because of their dealership (low allocations, low priority numbers) and not because Ford is having IUP issues, because as of their most recent update...they aren't having problems.

THAT LAST POST IS VERY INTERESTING ABOUT THE PRIORITY CODE I JUST LOOKED AT MY ORDER SHEET IN THE PRIORITY CODE SECTION IS A 12 I NEVER SAW THAT BEFORE AND I PURCHASED THIS CAR FROM A HIGH VOLUME DEALER DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW HIGH OR LOW DOES THR PRIORITY # GO AND DOES 12 STAND ON THE BUILD LIST?
