Is the install hard on this? and what are the potential complications... I have an 06 gt

I didn't read his write-up. I just did it. It's pretty straight forward and I had zero complications. Well actually I had 1. Its made for the stock air box, so I had to make it fit my CAI.

The kit comes with a template, take your time & make sure it's aligned correctly. I measured 3 times & marked the centerline of my hood, lined that up with the template. The 2 hood trim pieces will cover up any minor errors. Also, get the finest jigsaw blade you can find if you're planning on cutting the hole with a jigsaw. Actually , get a few blades. I broke 1 cutting mine.

You really think they would charge me alot just to cut the whole? I plan on doing the install

I don't really know any hard numbers on hp gain. I have the basic bolt ons already so if there was any I don't think I would feel a noticeable difference.

I would guess a shop to charge $200+ cause they can... :/
