It is a great hood! The ram air functions great dumping the air directly onto my CAI. The strength of the hood is awsome, and it does not require hood pins. I did add them for looks however. I have speed tested the hood to 140+ mphwith no pins and got no lifting or force flexing. It performed exactly as the stock hood. The fit of the hood and gel coat finish is second to none. Great looking car in their ad![8D]

Obviously that hood works with a whipple cool. I read somewhere that cervinis hoods only work with the stock airbox. Doesnt make sense to me logically but thats what I heard.

Nice i wanted a ram air hood but I heard the cervinis flex alot and needed hood pins. Personally I dont like them (hood pins), so know I have to add this back on my mod list.

I thank you...... my wallet doesnt.

Thanks guys! Yes, the hood works great with hood struts. I have the Steeda strut kit on mine. This hood is much easier to close than the factory hood, too. It can be gently pushed down with two fingers to latch as opposed to dropping/slamming the factory one.

I paid $300 at the body shop that did the rest of my car. They also repaired it after it was rear ended by a Peterbilt in slow moving traffic shortlyafter it was first completed. I get deals from them on alot of stuff I've had them do. I will be putting another new hood on shortly, and am going to have a different shop do the paint on it. We set up a deal between TruFiber and them to paint it and they're becoming a new distributor.
