Tail lights? I'm not sure, but judging by the pictures those are the only thing that are probably not reproduction.

Not an expert, but, what makes this a 67 and not a 68? 67 usually had the corral and barsaround the pony and Ford spelled across the front of the hood. It is a 67 shelby type hood.

Those are the original Mustang Coupe style. At least, that is what my unmolested '67 had on them 2 years ago when I sold it.

Correct, the taillights along with the notchback are easy indicators this is a tribute or clone.

It very well could be. Hard to tell without the original side scoops. The 68 just had the curve style and the 67 had the bars with blacked out fins. Looks like he had no rhyme or reason, just added parts he liked Johnny Cash style.

From the pictures, I would say it is a 1967 as there are no side marker lights on the fenders. The side marker lights were federaly mandated in 1968. This is also how you can tell the difference between a '67 and '68 Camaro. (Also the '67 Camaro had pop out vent windows).

Yea, no dought about it. That's the thing with Mustangs, past or present, the owners have/had the options to mod it the way they like. Mine had an optioned ski rack on the trunk lid. Had some other Ford sponsered Rotella (Rottondera) I can't remember, parts too, like a dang compass on the dash. Reminded my of my Grandma's car. Always afraid of getting lost.[8D] Who did they think people were, Lewis and Clark???
