RE: Solution found!!!!
Well the mechanic said that he couldnt hear/find it, paper and all... whatever.
I told him it WAS there and it needs to be fixed, i want exhaust and i dont want them to blame it. Manager agreed so now i have to wait for the next oil change to take the guy out and show him...

RE: Solution found!!!!
I was in 4 times total, the last time they paid for the rental car and found the problem. They had to take out the transmission to replace the plate, which could be the reason they don't want to fix it. My dealernailed it because its not there any more. I just played the I'm a dumb customer and kept brining it back. The real trouble is that it only happen when it was stone cold 6-8 hours off, then would only happen for a couple of minutes. I dropped the car off the night before at the dealer then had my wife bring me back in the morning for the test drive. They then agreed that they heard it. testing fixes was a also a pain because of the long wait.

wow, that's sad.
i just wish more dealers would look at this forum, see this post, then they'd fix it right the first time.
i am amazed at how many other ppl are having this problem too...

I tried the rubber washer fix, but it didn't work. I'm going to try other things tomorrow.
