Congrats on getting the GT.
Now that I've said that you'd better post some real-world pics of that ambient lighting stuff. You've got like one or two days to get this done, starting tomorrow, or Ima gonna go eThug![:@]

Congrats, wellcome to the V8 club. Listen to those guys... First day i got my car 4.8 miles on the odm , and I Toock it to 145mph. My sales man said that the break in period dose not applie to new cars anymore... not true... I am having some weard noise for everywere in the car... so I know ...

Congrats on the upgrade! How much did you pay though? I was looking into trading my 6 for a new 2008 Candy Apple Red GT the other week. They wanted $29K for the car...no ambient lighting though, not that I care either way. But I test drove it (first time driving S197 GT) and I didn't feel the V8 power...the dealer kept saying get on it, I'd put the pedal to the floor and it didn't feel much faster than my car. In all honesty, I didn't feel depressed going back to driving my car. I just wasn't convinced in trading my car for it, the money wasn't worth it. I'm wondering if the 2008 GTs are slower or something or if they 80 HP is not much of a difference or what's the deal? Don't get me wrong, I'd trade my car for it if they wanted $23-24K for the GT...I like the true dual exhaust, though it was quiet and definitely would need an upgrade, I like the fascias better and the look of the V8 motor better of course. I'm just pretty bummed because I expected to be blown away by this car...and I wasn't
