Corsa owners
Finally decided on Corsas (after a year) based on feedback on this forum. - Just looking for a good price now but will probably order from brenspeed for $649 shipped. From what i have read, i think my other choice, Borla Stingers, would be a little to loud. I do want to have some increase in sound over stockof course.
What can I realistically expect? Will I get that "muscle car sound"?
Thanks.
btw - how do they compare to these - http://www.lmperformance.com/6584/73.html
or these - http://www.lmperformance.com/5774/73.html
Thanks again for any feedback (jeees - took me less time to make up my mind on my wife ) - married 20 yrs though so I stick with my decisions...

RE: Corsa owners
I got my from Brenspeed for the price you quoted. They came very well packaged in a huge box. I am having some work done in the car this week while I am away on a trip. They should be installed when I get back on Saturday.

You won't be able to appreciate them from the drivers seat. They sound much better from outside the car than in. Recently, while at a car meet, stkjock drove away from me in his car with his Corsas, and I said to myself, "Wow, so that's what my car sounds like!" Definitely a different sound completely.

As stated in your other post, I think you'll really like them. Just like drbobvs said though, they sound best from outside your car.
Careful of the Bassini ones, they are LOUD and drone.

FWIW:
It might be comparing apples to oranges, but in my experience with C5 Corvettes, Bassani, B&B, Borla Stingers, SLP's :deafening and alot of resonance, whereas the Corsas had a non muscle car, more of a high pitch F1-ish sound, and no drone at all.... whether this translates to Stangs, I don't know...on my GT, Borlas were unbearable, went to FRPP GTA's...much better, IMO...haven't heard Corsas on a Mustang yet...

Love them.
They are perfect for a bit older crowd that wants the car to sound classic and mean when shifting thru the gears.
After that though they quite down espceally at cruise, but when you open them up...the "meaness" comes alive.
No drone....not uncomfortable with long drives in the slightest.
I would sell them door to door.
