Default Pypes Mid-muffler system sound clips

Finally got a few short clips up of my Pypes Mid-muffler system.
I don't have time to edit video clips, but here you go.Stock exhaust except for the Pypes system.

Man that sounds really good.
I was debating on that kit or the Corsa axle-backs, I installed the Corsas and love them.
But I am sure I would have loved that kit too.
Enjoy.

Thanks Mike,
The clips really do not give it justice. About my level for loudness, any more & I'd be putting the GTA's back on.
I really love the sound between shifts, the videos do not capture it well.
My youngest daughter was doing the filming on the road shots, she's 18. Asked my youngest in the back seat, 'Does he always drive like this?' LOL
I never even floored it. On ramps are about the only time I come close to getting on it. Think we got to 85 in 3rd.Clips runs out while I'm shifting into 3rd.
I really baby this car, I plan on handing it down in 10yrs or so.

Can you compare them to SLP loudmouths? I've been debating ditching the Loudmouths for the pypes in an attempt to get a deeper racier sound, but while maintaining the loud open-pipe noise level.

Any chance you guys have heard SLP in person, versus the pypes?

EDIT: Did you install them yourself? And whats your opinion on the closeness to the fuel tank?

Can't comment on the Loudmouths, I've not had them or heard in person, but I'd betthe Pypes setupare not quite as loud as that those. It's about 2 steps up in loud over the GTA's.
I had previously tried IMCO Extremes, it's comaprable to those , but without the annoying drone.
I installed myself in the driveway.
The clearance to the fuel tanks is tight,I've got maybe 1/4". But I noticed, that the tanks actually have a 'shroud' for lack of better description covering the lower side,& thats what I'm close to, not the actual tanks themselves.
I'm not concerned at all about a heat/catching on fire issue.

I am taking it from this comment that there is no drone to these?

Well I used to have SLP LM both with the stock H pipe and with an O/R X pipe. Just sold the SLP LM and ordered the Pypes Mid muffler system so I will be able to accurately compare them, as the LM with the O/R X pipe sound is still ringing in my ear!
