Pretend that you dont have a Mustang. Would you get a Convertible or Hard Top GT? Or you have an option where someone puts the two cars in front of you and says pick one. Which would you pick?

And what color? My friend has a yellow mustang and it looks nice with black interior.

we can't tell you what color you're going to like. go to a lot and check em out. there's usually a bunch of 05 v6's in like every color on the lot, at least there are here. i'd go for a hard top though, way cheaper on the insurance, and i think the coupe looks better anyway. not to mention the car in general is cheaper, oh oh, and the vert weighs more too.

kinda hard to pretend I don't have one, cause I do. My answer is simple (at least for me). I got the hard top because I think it harkens back to the late sixtys (my teenage years). The convertible (while cool) has too straight a line from front to back for my liking. I'll bet its a blast to drive but just not what I was looking for.

As far as color goes mine is black with the red leather interior. I just thought it looked neat.

Either way you go and whatever color you decide on I'll bet you end up smiling constantly while driving it!

Well I just order mine and I ordered it Hard top because it's better to ME... I got the exterior Legend lime and the interior dark charcol. But whatever you decide make sure YOU like it, because in the end you are the one whose is going to be driving it.

My wife and I are considering a new conv and she gets color choice. I wanted yellow with black or red or black with the red and black interior and black top for any of them but she wants the new lime green with parchment top and interior and the more I picture it, the cooler I think it will be. I think I am going to have to wait a while for the dust to settle before I get my dealer to let me have one on employee discount if he can make a lot more from someone else. Guess we will just have to make due with our 2002 and 2003 HarleyDavidson F150's. Darn, eh?
