I installed lights in my footwell area earlier this summer. It's fairly easy to do. If you want to use LEDs, the procedure is similar. The only thing you need to worry about with LEDs is the polarity. If you wire it up and it doesn't work, simply reverse the wires. Here is a set of instructions.

oh wow thanks..then i might as well go with neons...so theirs no grounding neccossary..thats straight...

i did a how to on this, and connected it to the parking lamps or something along those lines, so that when ever the orange lights or head lights were on, they were on.. so if i unlocked the car, the neons would light up..

you can try to find it, i took pics, and showed what wire to tap and all that

I did LED replacements for my map light and added lights to the rear above the back seats. I also mounted some LED's under the dash as well. Email or PM me for some detailed instructions I wrote up if you want them. I have pictures and wire colors all detailed, it's a little big to put up on here.

This is a 5 year old thread. You probably should of started a new thread and asked the question you wanted there.
