I've purchased from them in person and they are very obliging, friendly and knowledgable. Dan Garn took the time to talk to me, answering all my questions and even showed me around their new facilities that they recently moved into. Steve Hoag who is the president took time to talk to me as well. You may know him from reading his column in Modified Mustangs magazine. He was formerly team leader for the Bulitt and Mach 1 development team at Ford. So these guys are true Mustang guys. My last purchase from them was their hood struts which they installed for me in about 15 minutes. Never had any problems with them at all.

Guys, let me tell you I know everyone at MRT first hand and they are all great! With a ton of great products! I know right now they are going crazy getting the cars ready for SEMA, but never had a problem with them. Dan Garn is the Sales guy and should be able to answer any questions you have and Scott Hoag is the owner and President and one of the most knowledgeable guys in the Mustang industry! And if you talked to a sweet young girl on the phone that was Cassie! Anyways give them a call when there is a problem and one of them will help solve any problems that arise!

Great company...but always call and I never email. Some just dont look at it as often as they should considering if you sell things online email is a very good way to communicate to buyers. Some people just dont get it. I feel they should have emailed you to let you know it was on backorder and offered a refund if you want to go somewhere else. PM me if you want me to go there and find out whats up! Only an hour drive and the owner Scott is awesome and very much into mustangs!

Always call...Emails are very impersonal, and people don't really seem to give a **** when it's impersonal.

I have dealt with them many times. I have learned if you make it just an order it will be just an order and handled that way. If you take the time to get involved they are more than willing to do the same 10 fold. Make a call, make it personal and they will do the same in return.
