Default 4.10s going in tomorrow. Update: They're in!

Everything that I've read hereis telling me thatI have to do this .

My only concern is driving on wet pavement because...well, it has been known to rain occasionally here in Portland, OR.

Any thoughts from n/a 4.10 guys (or gals) who get to drive in the wet stuff regularly?

At a minimum I'm thinking this will speed up myplans to upgrade the suspension and swap out the stock BFG KDWS rubber but in the meantime: Am I going to be spinning at every red light and sliding out of corners if I tap the gas?

P.S. I'm still going to do it; just curious about what I'm getting myself into.

That's what I needed to hear.

Most of the posts regarding 4.10s make it sound like I'm gonna be 1/2 way to an s/c in terms of acceleration. Guess I succumbed to the hyperbole.

It's been raining here A LOT the past couple weeks and I occasionally spin getting started on mild inclines which is no big deal...but I don't really want to do it all the time, if you know what I mean.

Thanks.

Youll be fine. Just dont slam the pedal as you would not right now when its wet. Dont worry.
