20" Bullits or SN95 17x10.5's?
First question is does anyone have any pics of a S197 with antracite 20" bullits? Tried the search function, no work.
Not generally a 20" wheel fan but today after looking at the pics my ultimate goal is to build up a bullit inspired ride. I would have the wheels repowdercoated darker to match the new look and would ultimately repaint the car highland green. Well I was thinking these might give the car a "pro touring" kind of look if you follow the hot rod world. I would redo the front brakes to a larger rotor with red calipers and I think it would look good but would have to see it first to make sure it isnt rediculous.
My second thought is that I already have 17x8 stock bullits and maybe I could find a wider rear to match the front. American muscle though only has a 17x9 listed for the 05 +. But for the SN-95 the have a 17x10.5. I know I have heard that the backspacing is different and the SN-95 wheels push the wheels more toward the fender, so if that is true would these fit? If so I could run a 315 Nitto DR in the back which would pair nicely with my supercharger next year. Best part of this plan is that the rims would only run me like $150 a piece and in the mean time would make a good sleeper.
Last resort if neither of the options worked out would be to buy the 18x9 for the front and 18x10 for the back, but spending money for 4 new rims when they are so close to my 17s would suck.
Thanks for the replies.

RE: 20" Bullits or SN95 17x10.5's?
20" might not be in the cards from me because in reading another post I saw that 20's look bad at the stock ride height and I cant lower my car. One reason is that I lowered my last stang and I hated it as a DD because of all the hassle and the fact that at stock ride height I just touch my driveway as it is so I cant go down a 1/4 inch without problems.
I might just end up with the 18's unless someone can point me to a 17x10 or can tell me if the 17x10.5 will work. In the short term I think I will just run the 255/45/17's on the stock rims when it comes time to change out the tires and see how that works out with the supercharger.
I think the reason you really have to lower your car when you go with wider tires is because they are so short. Stockers are 27" diameter and the wider tires are all 25" diameter so it looks goofy with 2" more gap. Wish someone make a wide tire with a 27" diameter.
Thanks for the input
