ANY NEW INFO ON IUP LAWSUIT???
Has anyone head new information on the lawsuit?
I read an article yestreday that said this Frank guy just got a patent on how internet addresses and protocol are structured. Seems that no one ever formally put this to paper and this Jerk who is also an attorney submitted a patent request. He has also filed to stop internet companies from continuing to use his address structure.

If this is true, he probably just destroyed his chances to win his Ford case. There's nothing like a pattern of trying to use the patent system in an unethical manner when trying to prove you're a "little guy against an evil company" to show that you're a very bad person out to make a lot of money.

RE: ANY NEW INFO ON IUP LAWSUIT???
Supposedly Frank Weyer (the guy who brought the lawsuit) met with Ford on Feb 25th and Ford has agreed to license MyColor from him. However, Ford never stopped producing cars with IUP, this should put to rest any rumors about "no more MyColor, they don't offer IUP anymore, etc." And yes, it's still true, Mustangs are rolling out of the factory as we speak with IUP installed in them, they never stopped. They just got slowed down towards the end of last year due to parts shortages caused by a higher than expected demand. As of March 1st, they are still experiencing some delays at the factory, but they are still making cars with IUP.
