Including small breaks and a run to O'Reilly to rent a spring compressor tool (misplaced ours somewhere), it took just about 2 hours. We pretty much took our time (my father and me).

I have a few questions.

Did you just do the springs or did you also do some shocks/struts/panhard on and on and on?
Great wheels. Are they 20's?
Where did you make your purchase?

Oh ya... and you car looks great!

Thanks!

I only put in springs. I figured I'll wait for the stock struts/shocks to die before I burn money on D'Specs.
Ride quality hasn't really suffered. It feels just about the same, actually.
I didn't notice any change in the rear axle, so I don't think an adj. panhard bar will be necessary. I suppose a more aggressive drop would require one. The K Springs are approx 1.5" drop. And the wheels are 20s. 20" Shelby Torq-Thrust M, to be exact.

I bought the springs from Jegs. I had them price match John Bleakley Ford, a dealership out of Atlanta (they have an online FRPP store).
