on the third page of thos link he shows the colors. orange red black and silver. Thought they were cool myself.

I think they look pretty cool and would be an improvement over the stock retainers. Other than the loose fit if the headrest is all the way up (which he may have fixed, I only read the 1st page of that link)

I would be a little worried about any interference with the side air bags. Does anyone know how they deploy in these cars? I haven't seen a picture of their shape when they are inflated. I'd hate to have the bag not fully inflate or in some other way be altered because of that.
