Okay, I was told it was actual HP numbers that you need to pay special attnetion to by several
I believe HP+TQ is the cause of rods failing more than psi. I don't really have anything to back that up, it just makes more sense to me. The more HP/tq you have the faster the rods are turning that crank and of course the faster you accelerate. It's probably a combination of the two, but it would be interesting to see a 3v engine with cams, ported head, full exhaust(whatever other hp increasing mod you can think of that doesn't put more pressure on the piston) with a whipple HO making 10psi. Now the question is how long will the rods hold up?

You need to get that aeroforce gauge so you can see your O2 sensors operating in real time. They will normally flip back and forth from .1-.9 volts really fast, if it slows down while idling/cruising then you know they are getting fouled. My spark plugs always look really clean whenever i've pulled them. Pulled one just the other day to check the gap because someone said they didn't look like they were gapped correctly. I only pulled one, but it was less than .035. I still need to check them all because it will drive me crazy now.

I did coat it at the bottom of the shield, but it just burned off. I don't see the point in coating the whole shield. Where the shield goes into the body of the plug is the spot that will get stuck to the head anyway. Pulling the plugs every 10k miles and cleaning them off with a stiff brush is all you need do. Pulling the drivers side plugs is a pain now, but can be done without removing the intake with the right extensions, wobbles, universal joints, etc. I think I was getting more carbon build up with brenspeeds tune before the blower.

Here is the original dyno sheet for the whipple test car.
