I will only deal with Brenspeed I have been to Brent's shop twice, once to have my long tubes installed and have the car dynotuned and the second time was for the Stage 3 saleen s/c kit to be installed and had a blast both times.They are 10 hours one way from me and i hate being in a car that long but my car is my baby andBrent and Daveare the only people i trust working on her.Congrats on expanding the shop Brent looking forward to coming up again adding some power to the stang and checking out your new set up

Due to work commitments I was only able to get there on a Saturday, and Brent came in on his day off to get my car on the dyno.

Good post. I have talked to Dave two different times now and I admit hes the man. Easy to talk to, helpful, and knows what hes talking about. Yeah so my tune for my V6 was lean...things happen when you deal with a lot of customers. I just got the new 93 tune and I will get back to you as soon as I get a chance to test it out. I hope my experience will help you in the future. Maybe a little bit more testing with V6 models is needed...or maybe ill just get the GT now. Thanks for bein there for all of us and most of all...thanks for acually caring about your customers, it shows.

Between brent and dave, I was made to feel more comfortable than I have ever felt buying anything for my car from anywhere else. Since the, I have spent several thousand dollars, referred several customers, and plan to spend several thousand more at brenspeed.com. Good work guys. You are the epitome of customer service. That post shows why Brenspeed has the best reputation on Mustang Forums.

I just drive Mustangs and am the worst mechanic, but if I were to ever get the whole CAI and tuner, Brenspeed is the only place I'd buy from. I would hate to save a few $$$ somewhere else only to wind up with no customer service when I called and asked how to use the SCT2! I bet anyone who has had a problem resolved would have even been happy to have paid for shipping!

I've dealt with lots of retail parts distributors in modding my Mustang and some tell you little about their products, show tiny photos, have no customer service, overcharge on shipping and don't even send any instruction manuals!
Any business that knows the hassle that people who modify their Mustangs go through knows that if you make them happy they will share their experience with others. If something goes wrong they will share that with 3 times as many people!

Well done and hope more businesses pay attention to Brenspeed's lead!
