Default Polished Fanblades

Just bought a Vista Blue GT with Gray Fanblades. Upgraded from a V6 pony. I bought it unseen and was thinking the fanblades would be all polished' The dealer is williing to work with me, but they say they have not found any Fanblades that are 100% polished.
I believe I saw pics on this site of a stang with all polished but it is hard to tell. I sent an email to the member and am waiting for a reply.
I do like the wheels, but only if they are polished, the gray just doesn't look right.

How can I find out if Ford has them for a 2008?

Thanks for the help.

I think there are two types of fanblades. Silver painted and polished.

The silver painted are, of course painted silver as seen here.

The polished ones are polished everywhere except the interior lobes of the spokes, I think. Here's a pic of the polished ones.

You are correct. Polished everwhere except the flat fan surface.

8178A are your Fanblades painted on the splokes?

Maybe I'm wrong and there is not a 100% polished Fanblades.

You are wrong. They have clear coat on them and are shiney but painted like I said.

Can the paint in the flat surface be removed?
Most likely you can find something to remove the paint and
then find someone to polish each blade to a mirror shine.
But thats a lot of effort for polished fan blades as the result.

No just clear coat on the complete wheel. The center of the spoke is unpolished.

i wanted the fanblades so bad. but the specific model that i bought had all the options i wanted EXCEPT for the fanblades so i settled for 17 factory bullits

it was a sad day for about 5 minutes then i realized i have a mustang key in my pocket.
