RE: All weather floor mats???yay nay???
+1 on needing them in Minnesota. The salt is not your friend on black carpet. Come to think of it, it's not really your friend on any part of the car.
I have a set of all-weather mats I picked up at pep boys for $25 with a for logo on them.
Are they pretty? No way! Do they beat the heck out of messed up carpet mats and/or vehicle carpet? Absolutely! If it was just rain, I'd say probably not needed, but then again, if the weather is bad enough for you to even ask, then get them. Who's going to be criticizing your taste in floormats when it's pouring down rain?

Hell yes. Never second guess something that is going to increase the longevity of your capet or anything else on the stang. Those that say Ney most likely park their's for the winter.

I had some cheap walmart all weather ones for the winter to keep salt off the carpet. Three months later, I took them out to vacuum the carpet and the edges of them had worn a line in the carpet pile. Wore the carpet off all the way down to the liner. Deekum, yours look like the edges aren't too ridgid so that might work. Just wanted to say keep an eye on them, the carpet appears pretty cheap and doesn't stand up too well.
