Gears do **** with driveability. CAI/Tune , Pullys are good. 450 horsepower maybe should have bought a Roush stage 3 or 427. Good Luck. Water pump I have no idea. Driveshaft is expensive then this all goes back to maybe you should have bought a 427r or Stage 3 or Saleen. Either way you aren't the only person who should have bought that car.

You could try doing a large turbo set up on your car where you wont get spooled when you are doing normal driving <3000rpms and then when you drive it hard, you will have tons of power up top. Or you could run a smaller sized turbo with an electronically controlled wastegate so that you can add boost when you want it, but the big turbo set up is probably easier and cheaper.

The verdict on 4.10's seems to be debatable, some people say it doesn't hurt mileage and some day it cuts several MPG off. Driving 25K miles per year I'd rather not take 3-4 MPG off with one mod if I can help it. Also, the 4.10 gears don't increase horsepower.

Getting onto the highway now sure is more fun though.
