I order the procharger as well. The performance shop I use is looking at an additional 120+ HP which includes the intercooling, while maintaining a safe margin for long-term use. He expects it to be delivered by the end of the month for a early May install. He needs a week with the care to install, test and tune.

Tentative install date set for April 22, Dyno and custom tune the 23rd.

I suggest all of you getting one to find a shop with a dyno and a good tuner to get you set up properly.

The stock internals are handling 445 RWHP just fine. This is with intercooled procharger supercharger ONLY. No catback, no other mods other than custom tune.

I'm staying away from other mods until others test the new 4.6 until it breaks.

120+ hp is still well within the range of reliability. The 525+ hp number is more than 225+ hp and is well outside the reliability range for the internals.

well.. I dont know... all I know that mm&ff have 525hp with KB SC and its pretty much stock. I want 450 @ wheels if not more.. I just dont know what to go for... wheres kenny bell???? .. if I get to procharger.. is it true that sheet dont happen till 4k-5K rpm??? I dont want to wait till red line to get BOOOOST!!!!

I received an e-mail back from the guy on e-bay selling the Saleen Series VI sc. The question I posed was this: is the 400hp/420tq from your sc at the crank or at the wheels. His short response was at the crank. If this is true, then the motor is putting down about 330-340hp/350tq vs. putting down 400rwhp. This does not seem right to me. Could you clarify?

lol wow there are alot of up and comers. so every one is going to be strapping on alittle forced induction! well long live the fire breathing horses. i wish you all well in this endever this is probubly very exciting for all of you. me i...... am not going to do that for awhile but i am excited for you all and wait with great anticipation to see the results. lost soul all i can say is you have waited a long time for this one brother. ever since you got on this site thats pretty much all i have seen you type is ... no it is a waste wait for S/C lol. well i hope you don't have to wait much longer. as for 525 i have some what of an idea what this feels like but not with this light of a car i am use to driving older tanks around so good luck with the power try and keep it under control and every one have a great spring/ summer... hope this place warms up soon.

haha.. thanks silver.. your right.. thats all I seem to talk about(sad) but I had great cars in my life and never can seem to keep them long.. I would take my time and get this part first and that part.. and wait for the big POWERRRR.. but no... something would happend(job loss), (bk) and I never got to feel the power..
