Strut Tower braces
Looking to add one to my stang in the near future. I have the factory engine cover and I'm looking for input from fellow owners out there on which fits the best. If you have one please chime in with which one and any pros or cons on it and the install.
Thanks

RE: Strut Tower braces
Agent 47 makes two versions, one of whichis for those with the cover. Its chrome moly I believe and attaches to all 4 strut bolts not just 2 and has the ends fully boxed...but of course its more expensive than all the rest except steeda's blingy show piece with pointless rod ends. I'm pretty sure this is the one I'll be going with when I pull the trigger on one.

you might want to check out this thread:

you could go from successfully trying to clear the plenum cover to not being able to close your hood![:@]

RE: Strut Tower braces
I like the style of the ones ford put on the 08 Bullitt.i was thinking of making a plaque to put on the STB with "GT/CS number XXXX" and the build date on it
but i gotta find one that has room for the plate, will clear the OEM plenum cover, and is low enough to fit under the stock hood
its tough

RE: Strut Tower braces
Got the Granatelli GT Dual Strut brace for street use. Got it b/c it goes over all of the boltson the towers. Seems like it would clear the plenium cover, but don't have one, so I cannot confirm.
Installed it while the car was on flat ground. All I needed was a ratchet and socket.
Whether it is usefule or not I can't say, but it does pretty-up the engine compartment
