Cervini's exhaust owners... Pics needed

RE: Cervini's exhaust owners... Pics needed
Mine don't line up at all. The driver's side one sticks out so far that you can ALMOST see the cast aluminum of the "tip" (the part that's not polished), and the passenger side one is recessed almost flush with the side skirt. I'm sure some wrangling with the pipes could fix this. They USED to line up pretty well when I first took delivery of it from the body shop, but within a week of having it I scraped both tips (separate occassions) on driveways.. Not the actual tip, but the clamp, I suspect (the clamp hangs down lower than the tip does), but either way, yeah, they aren't lined up quite right.
But, they still look bad-***, and they sound even better, so I'm not going to lose a whole lot of sleep over it.
EDIT: Wow, I just looked at your picture gallery, and yeah, mine fit a lot better than that.. The two outles of each tip are level with each other, and they aren't quite so crooked.. If those are the tips that are still on there, I'd call Cervini's and see if they can hook you up with a new set. Here's a side shot of mine:

Here is a pic that had the exhaust tips in it. I am not a fan of the tips and am actually in the process of getting soome custom made.

Maybe I should try lining them up once more. My guess is, though, that the whole exhaust system has been reworked (judging by the polished tubes that others have... ours were bare). I haven't even tried to fix them because the body shop spent almost an entire day trying to get them to line up better. The front is actually angled inside the skirt, and the rear comes out. They are nowhere near as strait as everyone else's. If they were, I'd just take them off and repaint them.

When I bought my Stang a couple of months ago they were definitely more lined up than they are now...I would guess that the speed bump wars I fight every week have caused the shift in alignment. It is noticeable for sure, but I have already spoken to several "experts" at local repair/body shops and they say that adjusting them is not a huge problem.
Hope you get your situation settled!

Hitting any kind of bump with the exhaust will definitely move the tips. I had the wonderful job of removing and reinstalling the exhaust when I put in the gears and other stuff on my car. The easiest way is to leave all of the clamps loose, including the ones on the h-pipe. Then adjust the tip so it's right where you want it. That usually meant adding washers or bending the bracket slightly to get it perfect. Then tighten all the clamps. It's a real pain.
Hey exx1976, do you have any pics of your car outside? I haven't seen a vert with the cervinis top cover yet. Yours looks amazing.
