I haven't heard much about aeromitive fuel pumps but the Kenne Belle BAP is good. The GT500 pumps have been used a lot too, as well as the Fort GT pumps.

the kenne bell website (tech tips) says
you can run the stock fuel pump, 39lb
injectors and the BAP, up to around 535rwhp

with larger injectors, you can get to about
600rwhp

at least that's how the tech tips page reads
to me

I have the same setup and I'm using the Kenne Bell BAP with no problems at all. Very easy to install too.

Default RE: fuel delivery question

I run 60lb injectors with the stock pump setup. It's swings and roundabouts really and different tuners will have different "set in stone" opinions about what's acceptable or best.
While I trust my tuner, andI don't thrash my motor on a track or for extended periods on the road,I do think that the increased duty cycle on my pump will accelerate it's aging process and I'll be moving to a GT500 pump sometime soon, just to be on the safe side.

A boost-a-pump turbocharges your pump by basically ramming more voltage down it's throat to make it runharder, drastically increasing duty cycle. In my eyes that's a veryquick way to breaking it. Sure, some people have been using them for a long time on new pumps but I would be interested to know how many pumps die, especially older pumps which 'get the treatment'.

Put simply, the GT500 or even the GT40 pump setup is the best way to go. Just a shame it's a lot of cash. [8D]
