and im not completely impressed yet.

I panicked a bit at first because i thought it sounded a bit too rice (from the inside)especially with the drone. Its been 3 days and the sound has changed a BIT... but i was wondering how long it takes to get to its true sound?

Eh, maybe it sounds good outside?? Ill have to get my husband to drive it around so i can hear from outside...

Im thinking im just going to have to order an off road x-pipe now hehe

+1 definatly sounds 10000 times better with an o/r x but yah the sound took about 3 months for me to stop noticing slight differences. BEWARE though stingers with an o/r x is rediculously loud if you get into it so be careful where you rev her haha

Are you used to the drone yet? When i added my o/r h the drone went down and the sound mellowed out quite a bit from just adding the axlebacks. Stingers and an o/r x? Better match with the o/r h,jmo.

Have you gone WOT with them yet? Mine got a bit louder and deeper over time but whenI open her up she really bellows.

o/r h is the way to go...check out TBs videos on youtube and from the stickies

To rice? I never noticed that. I went from a 2003 GT vert with glasspacks to the 07...The sound was tame to say the least. My Stingers were such a rediculous improvement over stock, I am completely satisfied. I am going to go with the o/r h or the prochamber later just to get that old school rumble a muscle car is supposed to have.

Not impressed with the stingers myself. Looking to replace the flows so I went around hearing everyone's exhaust. Not enough diff to merit dumping the flows and spending 400+. JMO but I was thinking the diff would be worlds apart, just wasnt

I just installed the Pypes O/R H with the Borla stingers and the sound is much better than listening to it on the internet sound clips. I was very surprised at how deep and loud it is in person. I am very happy with the setup. My buddy has a Mach1 and is now going to switch to Borlas after hearing mine. I have heard the X pipes and they are high pitchedas the RPM's climb.
