Default torque specs

I am going to change oil and rotate tires myself on my 05 mustang and I need to know the torque for the lug nuts and for the bolt in the oil pan. Does anyone know what I should tighten these to? Thanks!

Default RE: torque specs

I was told that the torque for the engine oil drain is 90 inch pounds. Apparently it actually has an "O" ring. Haven't done mine yet.

I was told by the Ford parts guy that having a "Ford" Oil Filter is a good thing. He said he had heard of issues with warranty and non-Ford filters. Besides, if they have record that you have been buying your filter from Ford in their books, must help, right?

I decided to wait till 4k to 5k miles before I change over to Red Line 5w-20. However, I want to switch my trans (manual) over to Red Line ATF and "Tufoil" soon. www.tufoil.com says to use 10% their product in the trans. Says not to even think of using their product in the engine till 5k miles. I've been using "Tufoil" for years. Have two long term motors that SING! I attribute that to Red Line and Tufoil every 4k miles with eight ounces of Tufoil in each change. One is a custom built BMW 2litre that is run hard. Just sings!
