Default Brake Problem

Is anyone else having problems with their brakes?? I put the car in the shop last Thursday for them to take a look. They took the wheels ofs sanded the rust off ( they said caused by it setting in the show room) and sent me home. They did fine untill Sunday. Now today she's back in the shop only this time I took it to a different Ford Dealership to repair.

Someone told me that Ford is in the process of repairing this problem and will come out with a recall?? True of Faulse??

I hope they fix it today. They are also trying to fix the backlight to my radio.

Wish me luck.

that lovely layer of rust you get is from moisture after it sits in the rain or gets wet..it will burn off as soon as you brake a few times..at least that is what i have always seen

I drove the car for almost 2 wks and slaming on the brakes and still had no luck. The car had been sitting in the show room for 16 days and now she is garge kept.

The first time to the shop the car did have alot of rust. When they gave the car back I could not see any rust. So why is she still making noise?

I think it's the pads. Mine is doing it too. Sheehy fixed my software problem Monday so my back lights work now. If your dealer cant fix it take it to Chris Waters on the Yellow team at Sheehy. I haven't told him about the brakes yet though.

Update

I am driving a Ford loaner

They have not figured out how to fix the radio!!!

And they have to order brake pads and rotors!!!

I am begining to think the Mustangs are going to have alot of faults. More important they need to do research on how to fix them.

I did not buy a New Mustang to drive a used Taurse see can't even spell it!!

This sucks!!
