hey guys, this is a work in progress i just thought about after seeing the cover of the new 5.0 magazine... just a show mod but i think i gained about 15 hp from it so far... once it's finished up and i drill a little hole through the bottom of the hood and run the wires to the battery with a switch i should gain 5 more hp... got them from autozone.... what do you guys think...

not bad at all my friend .. great job.. only thing i would try and do is dim it down some.. wether you spray something on it liek VHT night shades.. or somethign liek that.. but just something to tone it down a LITTLE bit.. just a bit bright..

i like the idea, u should check out oznium.com. they have all sorts of lighting their and its priced well.

I love it dude. But 15 hp gain is bs. Its at least 25-30 whp.

I agree you should tone it down a bit.. And I recommend cold cathode lights. They can be sound activated so they would pulse when you rev your engine. They Also are 1 long light and will look much cleaner.

I hope that is only for shows. Here in NJ and many other states that is a quick ticket for sure. Remember red is considered a "take down" color as is blue in some other states. I know for a fact because when I had my Dakota Pickup I had blue clearance lights on my running boards. They were only in the center as I had a amber one on the front and red one towards the rear and was pulled over in 3 towns and issued a ticket for "Improper Reflectors" in each one. Just a little FYI for you.
