I agree the badge doesn't really match the style. I'm still on the hunt for the right replacement. +1 on no badge, I wish I could do that.
Glass beading is like sandblasting, just using glass bead instead of sand. At work they have both the sand blast cabinet, and the bead blast cabinet. The glass bead is much easier on substrate, but breaks down quickly.

well last time i was at the dealer, they had this "ironman" edition explorer (named forthe triathlon thing, not the superhero)
i believe it was new, so like 2007, 2008? I'd go into the dealership and ask the parts counter (show them a pic, they're usually abit slow)
