Default Raced home town ricer tonight, got pulled over.

Raced some kid in a 97 z24 with a nice fart cannon on it tonight. Smoked it in 2nd gear. Hit 130 in 4th and backed off. Stopped at a stop sign. Started goin around, popped around a corner and a cop was comming towards me. Got a ticket for 72 in a 45. But the cop is a dumbass and wrote 06 for the year, so I'm out of that ticket.

Ya, umm for my friend Mustang he wrote Ford Escort on the ticket and as long as he got your tag right your pretty much going to have to hand over the cash. As tempting as those Ricers are. Dont street race.

hes right.. its a waste to street race.. I beaten punks and they STILL will push it and go past me once I get off "whooop *** mode". Juice it a little to wake them up and then back off. Once you set authority early it will be something they wont forget ever

At what point will speeding be a felony?

100+ is felony wreckless in any state I believe. Jail time, fine, impound etc. Anything that's 30mph over the posted speed limit could be considered a misdemeanor and/or exhibition of speed if there is more than one car involved (getting pulled over) That one though I believe depends on the state. VA and CA being the worst on those.

Not always. I got a 100 in a 55 on my bike in GA. Gave me a ticket and left. Didn't even ask for registration, or insurance. Just hit me with a $678 fine, and said Good Day

last i paid for a ticket in cali was 12 dollars for every mile over the limit... theyll get you here... but its not even worth it racing on the street... take it to the track an actually have a safe environment to go as fast as you want.

yea.. there is a money crunch in cali for them.. they may have to keep the same number cops or reduce some.. so instead of working with what they got they would reather squeez out every drop from us. In my city there is cops all over the place.. I'm feeling like I'm in china or something... sad
