My DD is a 08 Chevy Impala LS paid for by my company, gas paid for by company gas card, insurance paid for by company and maintanence paid for by company.... SoI bought this Mustang to have something FUN to drive to get out of the daily grind of that crappy *** Chevy product..... I knownot everyone is in this situation and I feel for those that are not as fortunate work wise but my situation affords me the option to get this mustang and I could care less what the cost of gas is...

If you can afford to drive it like you stole it.. by all means.. have at it. I know how it feels.. I'm actually enjoying the "down time" with my car though.. makes the "up time" more enjoyable. My main point was that the media is telling us about all of these complicated ways to save gas, when the best way.. the easiest way.. is right under our noses. Soccer moms in suvs and minivans should take note.

If you do, get a different seat. The one shown will give you nut cancer.

Ask Lance. Something about those hard seats cutting off blood flow to "parts".

I'm with you Sandman. Enjoy the ride. We've got the best looking sports cars on the road. If you always drive fast, you burn lots more gas and have to get out of the car sooner. Your car will probably last a lot longer too. Not everybody buys a Mustang to floor it everywhere we go and ride 80+ on the interstates.

i actually started following speed limits around here as well and realised it does make a huge difference. it's so freakin hard though haha. sometimes there's the open road and i floor it but somethign always happens where i have to brake and think to myself "**** i shouldn't have done that!!!"
