I'm very experienced in photoshoping and actually here's the final version. It would be a good idea to trust the accuracy of this pic. Here you go:

Looks good. Not sure if it will ever POP like the Matte black. I do remember a 67 camaro back in highscool that had light blue striping and it looked really sweet. Plus if it looks good on the pic above it is going to look great on the car. I think you should go with it and post some pics. Plus add some matching rocker stripes or maybe a Boss style side stripe for a little extra POP.

Another thing may be cool is stripes that fade as they go to the back with matching fading rocker or side striping.

Also any possibility of taking a photo from a ladder to get a look from above the hood with the roof and trunk. Think it would be easier to see the real effects.

Sorry to revive a completely dead thread but did anyone end up doing this? I'm gunna buy some plasti dip probably three gallons and get different colors I'm thinking matte white, gunmetal grey, and matte baby blue. I'm gunna try out the white I white look first I think!

buy some carbon fiber vinyl and make a stripe out of it

I think Pearl on white would look good if you are going for the "ghost" look.
