You prolly gonna have to redo it when it's close to 80 degrees.
You never apply 3M tape in low temperatures, but you know that now.
Good luck.
When I installed it I was down in Phoenix it was early morning and 80+ degrees out. It had a chance to sit and cure for most of the day before I drove back to school and it cooled off at night.

You said you had the car out in the cold, so I assumed 50 degrees or so...
80F isn't all that cold lol.

Don't know what to tell you...

I know in parts of AZ get drastic changes in temps for night and day but I think you should have been fine with the install.

Yeah, I installed in Phoenix, but I went back up to Prescott at night. It is still one of the few places I've ever been where you need to put the car heater on at night and the morning and the AC on strong during the day. I thought I took every step while installing the tape, oh well. As of today it's just the strip of tape closest to the middle brake light that is still screwy. All the others are fine now (not really sure how that happened on its own.) I'm gonna try again this weekend and see what happens.

I still doubt that it was an application error on your part. Can RTV sealant be used to fill in or touch up lifted areas I am not sure but contact Vic via PM and he can help

I installed all of my body kit pcs 3 yrs ago and all is well here in Fla. Because we get a lot of rain I ran a bead of Black Hi Heat silacone around the entire length of each piece. To make everything look clean I taped of both the body and kit peice with painters tape.

go get some 3m grey automotive tape make sure its "3m" oem tape there are some look alike that suck. Clean both parts with alcohol and then stick it on again, let it sit for at least 12 hours before driving the car i had my v6 spoiler do the same thing you said and i redid it with good 3m tape and it has seen 100+ degree days and has not moved any that i can see
