I honestly don't remember because my friend who's Mustang it was for paid for it with his credit card.

I can tell you how much the labor was; a couple of cold beers (I work cheap).

Do you have to take the seat out just to replace the lumbar switch itself? Thanks for any help.

about $450 at the local ford dealer here

I have an '05 GT. Some time ago my lumbar support died also, I hardly ever did move it, hardly ever do move it, but, died it did. If I recall correctly the plastic gear died.

Just checked, $394 out of pocket, Cella Ford, June 2010, 45.5k miles.
