2010 Revealed

Ehhh.... It took awhile for the s197 to grow on me. I'm rather disappointed. IF I was considering buying the 2010 Mustang, I'd rather find a pristine terminator. The termi would be around $20K and throw about $7k of mods into it. Terminator > every other late-model, non-Roush/Saleen Stang. Right now, I'm 20, living with mom and pop, got a part time job, and most importantly going to college and saving up to buy the best power for my dollar.... a used LS1.
Roush and Saleen will keep on making a more badass version of the Mustang that will look better and outrun any Camaro. The Camaro only has the v6, z28, and SS. Between Ford, Roush, and Saleen, there are a whole lot more options if you want performance. Ford knows this. They are making a car that will make a profit, not power. This is why the v6 Mustangs have kept the Mustang ahead of the sales in the f-bodies. I highly doubt the new Camaro or Challenger will be around 10 years from now making a profit and representing a company like the Mustang does.

why do they need a 5.0? the current car weighs 3500 lbs
the ss camaro and srt 8 challenger wiegh 4300 lbs
big difference. so let them have 100 more horsepower, they need it.
btw remember the GT is the base V8 package? how many times do they need to tell all you guys?
also the 300 HP v6 camaro is going to be a failure. if you think about it the v6 cars are meant for people who dont need performance but like the looks of the cars. the insurance on those cars will be ridiculous, and many people will buy the v6 mustang over the v6 camaro
and lastly remember that there has been a mid performance model in between the GT and the GT 500 since 2003. im sure they will step up the shelby GT or introduce a mach 1 or bullitt or boss edition in between the cobra and GT
EVERY ONE DONT GET YOUR PANTIES IN A BUNCH,
seriously i cant remember a new mustang anyone liked. seems Ford just cant get it right?
we should all drive classics

After seeing the pictures of the 2010 Mustang, I have to say that I do not like the styling. Especially do not like the rear styling. I had a new 1965 Mustang coupe and have been kicking myself since trading it off and a Chevelle 3 years later so sure am not going to make the mistake of getting rid of either my 2006 convertible or 2007 coupe. I like the styling of the 2005-2009 models and am sticking with those for the rest of my time on earth. Each person has the right to their own opinions but these are my thoughts on the 2010.
