How to make my s281 sc car cooler?
Hmmm. Some one mentioned to me that "05 Mustang"'s car came off better than my car in photos and 'that wasn't because the car was higher quality but because it was much flashier and therefore stood out better'.
Considering the whole point of my modded car is to be flashy, I feel considering the comment that I've done a discervice : / . Tell me what you guys think iI could specifically do within reason to make my car as ulimatly interesting as possible? You know, Considering the whole point of my modded car is to be flashy.
I'm far from done doing things so there's plenty of room for course adjustments and additons. I'm only going to say that blacking out is something that i'm not going to try because I've mistakenly done that and it doesn't work with my black factory paint.
Anyway I know this thread will be worth it. soon I could get a monster.

I don't get what is flashy about a stock looking Saleen with chrome rims... Maybe it's just my area, but I always think flashy means unique huge rims, custom body parts and the look-at-me lambo doors.
I think it looks great, but if you're going for flashy I think there are tons of examples in the ricer forums

I wouldnt mess with the saleen kit because it is one of my favorites.
If you really want to do something I would remove the spoiler, and get saleen extreme rims. Powdercoat them Satin Black.
That would look sick. Plus 5% tint would be good.

Yea I have to agree with MustangGT. I think the saleen is one of the nicest looking cars out there. To me being flashy, means when people drive by, they want to look at your car, and I bet when car lovers drive by your car, they want to look at it. That said, what about doing some carbon fiber parts? Simple but "flashy" to those who know what a good car is.

The only things I would do to your car is put on some fake hood pins so you don't have to drill through the hood, and tint the windows if you haven't done so. I dont know how anybody could say your car doesn't stand out. They are just jealous.

His car is unique and great because he took something stock and made it into something his own. Your car came from the factory looking badass and perfect the way it is. I personally prefer yours and id never change anything on it because a, itll decrease the value and b, it just wouldnt look right. Do what you think looks right, theres no competition for who had the best looking car lol

TJ is right...
Your dilemma it seems, is that your building your car according to others instead of you.
Flashy, bling bling etc... is for others to be impressed rather than for you.
So on that frame of mind, you'll never be really happy with the car.
I could be wrong but when you do to much, it's usually for others...
