It's totally hidden 100% unless you are literally on the ground looking at it. Doesn't stick out at all. In fact when retracted, the whole thing is about 2-3 inches back under the car.

I am just guessing about the clearance with the GT500 chin spoiler. It would certainly require a bit of cutting underneath the car, but that wouldn't show.

If you want to stop by and see it, and maybe take measurements under your car (I think you lowered it or you were going to right?) feel free to stop by. We can at least see if it will work with the chin spoiler. I am up the stairs on the side of the house. If the Mustang is there, I most likely am too.

Again though, I don't know if I am interested in putting these things together and selling them. It's a lot of work and to make it worth my while it would probably cost too much. I'll be happy to help any of you who are willing to try putting it together though.

Also, FYI everyone, I purchased an aftermarket linear actuator from AVS that was pretty expensive. The motor and mechanism cost me $300. If you can find a cheaper one that would be a real help to keep your cost down.
