Brenspeed has a new Option....

looks like a great deal.....as long as you can pay it off in the allotted time. Thats usually how they get you, sky high rates and they usually back charge you for the interest from the time you took out the loan.

This is a good deal if you can pay it off in the initial 3, 6, or 12 months no interest plan. Once it rolls over to GE, the rate will probably be astronomical. And I'd also be interested to know if the interest is going to accrue during the "no interest" period and then be added to the principal balance if it isn't paid off in time.
Sorry, I'm an accountant, can't help it! :-)

While it's a tempting offer, there is one 'mantra' that has served me and my family well over the years:
If you can't pay cash for it... you can't afford it.
Obviously with one exception, a mortgage.
Now is most definitely not the best time to go into debt.

I'm not trying to preach or sway anyones opinions... just give them something else to consider. This economy can be a bit scary when you look at the current trends. :-(
I REALLY want to get the Vortech 'starter' kit they have on the site for $3799... and the 0% is very tempting, but I just don't think its the best idea for us.
