From what I've read ford has gone through four different redesigns on the phasers. Apparently on the fourth one they got it right. Because according to the dealership mechanics if you put the current redesign on you won't have any more problems. BTW my car is bone stock w/two bad phasers @ 66K mi. So you better believe there's a problem with them.
Avengence: I should get the scan done today, do you think there is any way you could mill me out a head for the wedge and ship it to me. I would much rather have a delrin head than wood. I would be glad to pay for the material and shipping.
