Default Best rear seat delete?

I never use the rear seats, and when I do, one person usually drapes themselves over both seats.

I heard some of the delete kits are really poor...

Which one do you guys reccomend? I like the one on Mossmuscle.com, but it is expensive...

Get what you pay for honestly. It would be cheaper to make one yourself, but this guy makes some awesome deletes.

I don't care for any of the seat deletes, dont really save much weight, BUT as far as looks go I think his look 10x better and a lot less generic. I've heard the ones you order of Moss and other sites are like cardboard wrapped in carpet. Just what I've heard though, I'm sure someone here actually has one and can give you a better idea.

at first i thought it would be cool to do the rear seat delete, but after seeing most of the ones out there, they're kind of a joke - the seats look better than having a couple pieces of MDF or plastic wrapped in carpet thrown back there - jmo

"Up to" 16 pounds? I thought they would pick up up more like 40. I'll keep my rears...

i put the seats on a scale, about 20 pounds give or take as it is a little hard to balance it on a house scale. as for a delete kit i bought one from american muscle, $150, not really worth it as it is basically light plywood with carpet, i would suggest making your own as it is much cheaper and to me is good thing to do as i don't like having people in backseat, i am to tall to be back there myself, but in my case i am the only one in my area that does not have a backseat in my stang, something that sets you apart from the rest

The main reason I didn't purchase a Z06 was for rear seating.. if I knew then what I know now I'd have an 05 Z06.. ah well.. i still think my car is more "usable" in a regular sense of the word.
IMO.. keep your backseats.

-I would rather have more space in the back for the occasional passenger.

-This is not about weight savings, I am dead set on taking them out.

So how would I go about making my own if that is the best option?
