I am in the process of installing a sound system in my car, so I have the interior apart.
I have seen water droplets on the plastic liner between the door panel and the sheet metal.
Seeing how it is designed, it is normal. Water never gets on my carpet, and it doesn't freeze in Houston. So it has never bothered me.
I will take pictures of the door panel removed and upload.
Ford went to great lengths to ensure that the speakers don't get wet and you'll see why when you see the pics.
So I am guessing that they planned for this to happen.

Sorry this photo isn't the best. But today it is raining in Houston. And I saw moisture dripping down my plastic moisture barrier. (red arrows)
I have been driving around without a passenger door panel for 2 weeks now because I had to halt my system install. I took a photo with my iPhone and it was in a dark parking garage. I hope it comes through.
I am also attaching a picture one of the Shaker 500 door speakers (upper speaker) to show how it is enclosed. I assume this is to protect it from moisture because it's back is open to the door/moisture.
