Probably not, since in the newer Mustangs you can change all the colors of the interior lights if you have that option.

Yes and no, I have a 2012 and my center lights around the radio and heater you can not change along with the armrest and steering wheel buttons. The cup holder floor, floor, door handles and dash you can.
