Was cruizing the Ford Racing parts website and came across these...

They look a bit like Corsas. I havent seen them around before. Anyone running them? Currious how they stack up to other mufflers.

I actually think these are the KR mufflers. If they are, I can honestly say that I've heard them in person and they sound awesome.

I have stood trackside with an FR500S speeding by and I can honestly say they sound horrible. BUT...I suspect it was more the X pipe than the mufflers. It sure would make me pause before buying them until I heard them on the same mid-pipe I'd be using.

i think you should buy those mufflers, put them on, make a lot of vids w/ you racing around at WOT and post up those vids so we can all see them.
nothing like first hand experience is what i say.

I looked at the mufflers on a 500KR and just assumed they were Stingers. I wondered the car has resonators underneath. Can't imagine Ford putting out a car that drones like just Stingers would.

The drone is particular to the 3 valve mills, especially when you go loud.
The quad cams are more forgiving...

When I look at them compared to the pic of the GT's (Stingers), the configuration looks different. Could just be the pic, though...
