I sat in an R/T with a pistol grip shifter and I thought it felt like crap too. Not to mention the whole interior felt and looked cheap. I've also sat and driven a 2010 Mustang an I can attest to how awesome the interior quality is now.

The Challenger is a great boulevard cruiser.....that's about it. I just don't see an impressive bang for the buck aftermarket support for these cars that could be turning many of them into total monsters. I'd love to have one alongside the Stang, for sure. But I couldn't see myself dumping money into modding it. It'd be just for styling down the street.

i think the one i sat in had a Hurst in it... so maybe the stock one feels better? who knows. all i know is it felt really crappy. but i do agree with the clutch feeling great

I thought the Challenger interior was nice. I like the telescoping steering wheel but it does not tilt down far enough for me.

Challengers are WAY overpriced! Did we forget that it is a chrysler product?? If they were priced at 20,000 and below I would consider it. but that would be just for looks and not performance

I've heard a couple of rumors that the SRT is being axed along w/ all Mopar's "muscle" series. I don't have any definitive evidence to the rumor, except a buddy of mine is wrench and gets a lot of "hear say" about the industry as a whole. He also mentioned to me that the body panels for the new camaro are made of site be a separate, independent company. He heard, and remember "rumor" that the company went bust and took everything w/ them, so the camaro is being nixed after the lot of them already built are sold. Has anyone heard anything about either, either on the net or mags?

Went to a Dodge dealership today... If you drive a Challenger you had better not EVER want to change lanes because they dont have a blind spot they have a blind SIDE.. and hard to see out the rear also...The Challenger is also not a Pony car it is just a 2 door car , a Charger would be a better choice ...If we get the new 5.0 engine .. hands down the Mustang is the better choice ...With the current engine .. I would still rather have the Mustang ..

I like the new Stang, except for the black lower molding (prefer body color) and the shape of the tail lights. I especially like the reviews regarding the fit and finish, handling and overall refinement of the new Stang. Going to wait and see what Ford comes up with for the Camaro SS. Hoping for a Mach1 or BOSS 302 edition with 450 hp. Dodge needs to put the Challenger on a diet and improve the handling. Also if you look at the MT review of the 2010 V6 Camaro it sounds like Chevy did their homework with a good blend of speed, comfort, handling and fit and finish.
