Default CMCV & FRPP HR Cams

So, my plan all along was to keep my car normally aspired and I'm on the last couple mods and looking for advice.

a) Will these 2 mods work well together?

b) I have a JLT intake. Is it recommended to go with something bigger/better due to the increased flow with these mods?

c) I still have the stock mufflers. I liked the sound with the LT headers (& catted X) so, I never upgraded them because I heard they they flow well enough for an NA car. Since I'm doing more mods to increase flow/power will these mufflers hold the engine back? Will I have a bottle neck at the mufflers or are they still good enough to not impede the flow since I'm keeping it NA.

d) I'm going to do the CMCV myself and have somebody do the cams. Is there a recommended break-in period after the cam install?

thanks,

I think the JLT II is about as big as it gets. Probably way more than you need for N/A.
I have JLT II, CMDP, & Kooks with catted X, It rocks with my Brenspeed tune. Its cold here in NJ & since I loaded the tune I have not been able to feel the 1/2 0r 2/3 shifts cause the tires just break loose.

My point was the cmdp & headers were done at the same time & the difference is amazing.

I got to update my sig.

JLTII = 89mm
C&L Racer = 95mm

...I think I've seen one that is 100mm but I can't remember which one it was.

a) Yup, they work great together! Make sure you get a good tune though!

b) The C&L Racer or the Steeda intake isn't going to make a big difference over your JLT.

c) The stockers flow pretty well...idk mine were changed out early on with the stingers.

d) No break-in for the cams!
