Those are Saleen replicas wheels with Cobra R center caps

yea, the second are saleens. for the first ones, you should look on the backside of the rims, see if it says anything

I wonder if your wheels and the wheels in the link below are made by the same manufacturer. Although they're not the same style, they both say "Forged" in the center. They also have a similar design characteristic like the single groove in each spoke.
