need no, would it be a good idea -YES

it help your traction

IMO you should also get a adj panhard bar to center your axles (if lowered it usually moves)

I am running the e- pros plus I have the BMR upper and lowers with the reloc. bracket. And adjustable panhard. I have had no problems and It does make a big difference..... Also not to hard to install.

Good question,
I also was wondering

what is the actual function of the relocation brackets?
what are they intended for?
if you have ADJUSTABLE lower control arms do you need them?

They adjust the instant center of the car. The allow the LCA to be angled properly for best traction.

if the car is lowered yes IMO you get a big benefit from them, even with adj LCAs.

Great write up....

The relocation brackets are only needed if your car is lowered and you do not have adjustable LCA's. LCA's need to remain parallel to the ground. When you lower the car, the LCA's will slope downward, giving you increased wheel hop. By adding relocation brackets, it lowers the wheel end of your LCA, making them parallel again. If you have adjustable lower control arms, you won't need relocation brackets. Also, most people will agree the best setup for a lowered car is non-adjustble LCA's with relocation bracket AND an adjustable UCA to adjust pinion angle.
